yeah saw some scraches on it and was 90% sure it's metallic or glass but sticker was the best quess then.
today I'd say it it's close to sticker then it's a pin if not then a pendant

Thanks throt, you are correct. It is a tie-pin or lapel badge, pictured here with a lens cap to give an idea of the size.
