I think it's Bingley 5-rise on the Liverpool and Leeds Canal. If I'm right, this flight is unusual in that there are no pounds between the locks - i.e. the bottom gate of one lock is the top gate of the next.

Yes, you are perfectly correct. Never realised there was anything unique about the mechanism before, which rises 60ft from bottom to top.
