That was some storm

Thunder, lightening, accompanied by torrential rain.

An example view outside the front gates. Each time a car passed it sent torrents of water down my path.

That looks bad! Hopefully the water will drain away before the next torrential downpour has a chance to add to it. You can bet there will be another downpour too because the weather's just so unstable this year, it's freakish.

It's not raining here but it's insufferably sticky, hot and humid. The air conditioners and dehumidifiers are just about managing to keep it under some sort of control. Shame about the endless noise they make though.

We are getting rain but nowhere near that scale. You must be getting a bit fed up !
