With Anne's birthday almost upon us, a look around the last minute short stay breaks brought success from British Airways. So Lisbon bound with old and new toys.
The weather was varied from rain to sun, almost like being at home with one exception, art. Whether it be from theatres (art deco) wall art including much graffiti, to the wonderful patterns in pavements etc.

An iconic tram is the number 28 - many warnings when travelling on it regarding an age old trade pickpockets.
If you look at the faces of those boarding, the shocked looks were from a man on a scooter rounding a bend on his Lambretta and skidding off his machine on the wet tramlines.
National Theatre (Teatro Nacional) - dont get sea sick looking at the waves.
Eden Theatre - the queues for the cinema stretched a long way.

Restaurante Cervejaria Inhaca
was a good place to eat. This was prepared for another table by the arty Vitor Rosa - looks too good to eat.
