Re: reflection

What, no peplies after 6 days, thats a disgrace, moderators you ought to be ashamed of yourselves I dont come on that often thats my excuse, I prefer to be out taking the pictures rather than showing them off

Anyway Jonmikal, I think its a stunning crisp shot with a nice reflection in the eye! Good choice to go b&w.Lets see some more. If it has been cropped, it would have been nice to see at least one full ear maybe, but thats just being downright picky

Re: reflection

Hi,
Just found the post, a super image, sharp and detailed, and yes a good reflection, as has been said would be nice to see the ears, and a little more space to the right, but a super image non-the less.

Re: reflection

This made me smile. I like the concentrated focus on the eye, it almost let's you know what the animal is seeing. The detail in the texture and tones of the fur has come out very well too. One I imagine you were very pleased to capture.

Re: reflection

For a grab shot, it is fantastic....well done! I would really like to see the colour version as I feel Nature is always best in the way it was intended! The little doe looks quite startled with her mouth open as if to say....get away with that thing will ya!
