I'm after one of these digital frame things for a friend's birthday so I read the article with keen interest. Then I saw the US prices and realise I'd just wasted my time.
With the way companies just "change the currency sign" when converting US$ to UK£, it's just not worth considering anything that doesn't have a UK price stated already. We can't convert to GBP ourselves because that'd be sensible. A US-only price means the UK price will be an example of "lucky dip pricing" when it's released for sale over here.
Cynical, maybe... but true.
