Re: Canon 40D - 2

There's been so much discussion around this camera and having read a lot of it I am still not exactly certain what it is that sets it apart from say the 30D which is cheaper. You certainly don't get...

Re: Take me to Your Leader ?

Great pic but monstrous architecture - seems to happen in SA more than usual - what my folks would call "monolithic" like the Cape Town civic centre.

Re: Scotland with the new Camera

Re: Fortnightly Salon Competion #26 - Bird(s) in Flight

Best of a bad bunch. First attempt at this. They all had some blur but I thought this one a least told a story. Sorry if I am a bit late

Re: Fortnightly Salon Competition No 25 - Two of a Kind

Very well done Charles - not an easy pic to take. I also thoroughly enjoyed the creativity in Peders and Andrews pics and so many more as well. Feel very flattered to be chosen for a place on this...

Re: Are you one of the.........................

I pretty much agree with what nearly everyone has said here but thought I would chip in with the question over cropping to get panoramic shots rather than stitching. Cropping is my preference...

Re: Museum Buildings

Nothing more to be said really its just superb. I like the way you've positioned the top of the frame to fall just above that row of decoration in the cement facade. You have used PS transforming...

Re: Forum users - you could win an Olympus Mju 790 SW this month!

The DPNow forum is great place to hang out because I am deluded enough to believe that my fellow loonies are more manageable in 2D!! Oh and you learn a thing or two along the way some of which is...
