The Palio

Dear all

I had the opportunity to watch the trials for the Palio horse race in Siena last summer. This is my take on the event. All taken using a Leica M.

Re: Georgie "not safe for work" tattoos

Hi

Great set. The composition and lighting are fantastic. I love the first one. The eye contact and the shape of the arms to display the body art is what sets it aside.

Some great photos with phones. As always the best camera you have is the one you have with you. (Borrowed saying)

Took these two on a misty morning on a work to the Swiss office from the hotel.

Re: Supermoon over Tuscany

Thanks both. Given I was handheld I was really pleased with the outcome. It was a fine balancing act to get enough light in the land but not so much in the moon that the detail could be seen.
