11,000 images catalogued and counting...
I've now imported just over 11,000 images since I started my big image archive tagging exercise with Adobe Photoshop Lightroom two weeks ago.

The whole experience has been very useful because I am re-acquainting myself with pictures, to to tell the truth, I had forgotten about over the years.
As I had hoped and expected, I'm now finding it much easier to find pictures I need. A good example is a picture taken with a Canon EF 50mm f/1.0 from 8 years ago that is now being displayed in the assignments and challenges thread on the forum dedicated to low depth of field image examples.
I could only be 10% of my way through my archive yet, but I'm already seeing big benefits.
