I learned that the kit Leica lens Vario-Elmarit 14-50mm F2.8-3.5 is now going to be sold separately as *a* lens - so no need to buy the body DMC-LC1, when you want the lens only. Effective from Dec.8th, price Yen157,500 (about USD1350, STpounds 790?? - i'm not familiar with the up-to-date exch. rate)
