I just got a cool new app to display my cameras and phtoographs..
I can even carry them to various places where I network like facebook and myspace.

I have created one at myspace (http://www.myspace.com/callmetrendy)

Same here.

I'm relieved it's the same for you though as I'd assumed it must be because I'm more of a geriatric and 'dowdy84' than a trendy22. *sob :D

I think I much preferred the Sharpcast concept. I still occasionally use it with my brother to share photos

Hi Trendy22,
I'm not familiar with Myspace or anyother sites of this category but lurked for a while including your friends'. Actually my first visit there.
Are the 11 pix from Bahrain and Singapore the ones you wanted to share here?

I learned that Myspace was run by a person "Tom" but it does not seem to me a photography oriented site - rather a site for getting to know each other? :) That's of course good.

BTW you can also easily upload some of your pix at DPNow.:)

Trendy22, I am left with the feeling I have been manipulated to look at an ad you are serving on your site. The pictures that I did eventually find are far too small to be of much use from a photography point of view and if you would like free a tip - your camera has a severe vignetting problem...

Ian I think we have all been manipulated into looking at something which is of little interest to us, and by someone who has a big interest in the product. I find it odd that on the Funcaster site there is a quote from Trendy and Photopam, perhaps that should be photoSpam

Hello trendy22. I'm not a guy, I'm a gal - and a gal who just another regular member here.

Furthermore - I'm a gal who doesn't waste time looking at tripe from spammers.

Geddit!

Hi there.....myspace & facebook in particular is mainly for youngsters & yes, it seems they both are mainly for getting to know other users. Facebook seems to work on a sort of networks idea...where people are included as 'friends'! You may have just met them casually once, or been to school with, or worked in the same building as...then everybody 'knows' each other through someone else sort of thing...as the addage goes...any friend of yours is a friend of mine! It seems to present itself as a sort of competition to see who knows the most friends!! However, where like myself, people who have family scattered around the world, it serves as a fairly good way of displaying your snaps as well as communicating! I somehow don't think it's a website for serious photography or like dpnow, a forum for discussion & debate!
