I've notice through browsing the forum that alot of you backup your pictures with extenal hard drives. While browsing through our new local Asda they are selling a Western Digital 320GB external HD for about £55 it connect via usb 2.0 port

I'd buy it Ian, though for another £15 you can get a 500GB

Blimey! that's a good price! If I didn't already have 4 external drives I'd go and get one tomorrow!
I'm thinking about replacing my collection with a Buffalo Terastation Pro II 1 terabyte NAS box..wish they sold them in Asda!
Don't forget that you should keep an additional backup off-site (like I do of course :o ).
