Hello All,
I am so upset with this crazy printer. I cannot get it to print right .the colors seem dull , flat & blah:(. I have no Idea how to fix It :confused:. I have a dell computer with windows xp. can anyone help me before I blow a gasket!*smash*crazy>:(

Haha, welcome to the minefield that is called printing your own photos. :D
May I ask first what program you are using to print your images from? Is your screen calibrated, or at least is the contrast and brightness set correctly? The fact is Jennifer, if you adjust your images on a screen that is set wrong you can hardly blame the printer. There are other things that may cause the printer to output poor results, but one step at a time eh *LOL

The problem occurred when I switched back to my old printer.
Do I need to change settings .:confused: And Everyone will most likely go:eek:*pnc but I do not know how to properly calibrate a moniter:o*erm. I have been so embarrassed to ask:o. So PLEEEASe be nice!

Mmmm, could it be you have more than one printer driver on your system? If so, perhaps you have not selected the Lexmark in your printer dialogue. By doing this the computer uses the Lexmark printer driver and profiles for printing with it.

I am beginning to think it would take less time to drive to town and buy a new printer.:rolleyes:
