It's snowing... it's about 21°F out...Feels Like 14°F ... When is it too cold to take a DSLR out to play? Cause like. Call me an over protective "mom" *huggles my nikon d70s* ^_^

Not too cold. I have been above the arctic circle in Finland at night when it was at least -20C (-4F) and I did time exposures with my Canon EOS-100 (film DSLR) to capture the Northern Lights. I left the camera propped up on the ice!
But when I wasn't taking pictures I kept the camera under my thermal layers to get somebody warmth, so no problem.
The main problem with the cold is that batteries can be a lot less efficient, so it's a good idea to keep those warm, maybe carrying a warm spare to swap if necessary.
