This is Penmon beach and lighthouse. Had a trip out with Stephen and Tim yesterday.

A great viewpoint and one I didn't explore for some reason, which really annoys me. Anyway here is one on mine from a different angle, sorry its not B/W but thought it ok to put it with yours

OK, well here's another taken from roughly the same spot but looking north. This was given slight desaturation, and the foreground has been lifted a bit for exposure. The sky was held back using an ND grad

Love this Andrew, very impressive, the tone is awsome, somewhere inbetween b&w & sepia, is this something you have created or a preset?
There is just one very anoying blotch just above the rocks on the left, is it muck on the sensor?
cheers
Ash.
I love your shots too Stephen, the first more so, although the little bit of land sticking into the shot on the right does not really do anything and would probably be better cloned out.
The second shot looks a bit dull compared to the first but I do love the sunray's peeping through. Sorry to be critiquing but its a bit more interesting than just saying you like them or love the shotts.
cheers
Ash.

Cheers Ash its a duotone preset tone in PS. As for the blotch looks like a sensor mark. well spotted :) it'll be zapped in no time ;)

Great pictures both but my fav is andrew's. Love the movement in the cloud. It adds drama to the picture.
Don't often check out this part of the forum. Will do so going forward.
Best regards
Josh

Very nice mood to this one and the heavenly rays across the sky are very nice. it's a little pity that the little lighthouse, or whatever it is, overlaps the land behind it.
