Mamiya OP announced today that Cosmos Digital Imaging will change the name to Mamiya Digital Imaging after the transaction is settled. They say they will continue the camera biz and that they will take part in Photokina to exhibit products related to database/IT techs (looks to me Cosmos’s products).
Then again, this is just an owner change of Mamiya camera business, although it does not change at all that they will continuously face with harsh days.

BTW Mamiya OP went for court to settle the dispute with a bank.

When everything goes as planned by them, Mamiya OP has seemingly nothing to do with Mamiya cameras??? ( BUT not sure at the moment if Mamiya OP still holds some shares of Mamiya Digital Imaging.)
