Hi Yoshi,
Thanks for all the information on Mamiya & Cosmos. Mamiya certainly had a bumpy history and much of it seems to be traced to management unawareness of market trends. Cosmos looks like a pair of investors/dreamers and I wouldn't be surprised if it could be traced to Taiwan or Hong Kong big money that wants the Japanese front door, but may sell the existing furniture. I saw those elements come into the US and buy up firms in California in the 90s. They usually changed the operation, seldom contiuing the existing lines.
