The day has come, again, earlier than expected, especially when I think of the latest release of ZD in Dec. However, the fate of the company could not have changed in a sense. The slower sales than hoped by Mamiya was reported elsewhere.

The translation of the link you gave is very nice and accurate, although, strictly speaking, not full translation. Those omitted ones are however trivial and more related to financial figures. It seems to me that the translation is rather based on the Japanese web site, digicamwatch, than Mamiya's own official site tho they refer to the official announcement.

A new company, unknown at all IMHO, has two employees and is ready to pay US$855K for the entire MF camera division of Mamiya OP corp. At a web site here some guys are talking about to buy it himself.

How about DPNow's acquiring the biz by sharing $10 each? How many more members do we need, Ian? already sufficient? You are the CEO and hopefully, Tony, in charge of entire marketing, if he agrees to selling off his D200.
