One advantage of being semi-retired and on my own, I can burn the midnight oil looking.

No No Vernon, you have to aim higher to achive something better than what you are doing. You have to have self belief.
Remember all those business training courses? 'You can achive if you believe you can' heck that takes me back a few years.
