Hi Bob,
it is an announcement by Oly for recalling 5 film compact cameras (IZM 200 series) manufactured between '88 to '94. It says, "when the camera is turned on, then in rare cases the ecectric circuit could become hotter and smoke due to malfunction. No fear of body burning. Those who wish to repair, just send it back to a service counter without a battery."
I had one of them - I gave it to my mother more than 10 years ago. Well, I might think about it.
