Image 03 - Here is a close up of the Deluxe version's adjustable stand. The semi-circular top section snaps into grooves on the microscope, so there is no tripod-style bush for attaching to more conventional supports. Nevertheless, the stand works well, you just undo the butterfly nut, which loosens joints above the weighted base and at the top of the stand.
